Hi, I’m Usman. I started my journey back in 2021, when the world shut down due to Covid and I was still in high school trying to figure out how to make something out of myself.

At first, I was simply obsessed with earning more money but I quickly realised the only real way to do that was by helping others make more money first and taking a fair share from it. That’s how I fell in love with marketing.

Since then, I’ve worked with different clients on a freelance basis, spent time inside multiple marketing agencies to learn the game from the inside, built my skills the hard way, and slowly worked my way up from nothing.

And honestly, I’m still the same kid who started with zero – just with bigger resources now, a stronger team behind me, and a much bigger mission.

Today, I run Scalission, a growth-focused marketing company for coaches, consultants, and experts — built on a simple belief: you should only pay for results.

That’s been my guiding philosophy since day one, and it’s what still drives us as a team every single day.
